Mallard Watch Three-Year Guarantee
Your Mallard watch is guaranteed against failure due to defective materials or workmanship for three years from date of purchase. If your watch fails, return it to your dealer, along with the completed Guarantee Certificate (PDF file). You may also return it to Jules Borel & Co. with the Guarantee Certificate, plus $8.00 to cover shipping and handling.
COVERED BY GUARANTEE
• The movement, case, and metal band
• Damage caused by water entry into the case, providing the glass, crown, and case back are intact, and the crown was securely screwed down at that time of exposure.
NOT COVERED BY GUARANTEE
• Damage caused by accident or misuse
• Breakage of the crystal
• Scratches caused by wear and tear
• Plating wear
• Replacement of batteries except for the lithium battery used to power the Dura Series models
This Guarantee gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
Items not covered, or beyond the guarantee period, will be repaired or replaced at your request. You will be advised of the cost before action is taken. Return the watch to your dealer, or send it, along with the Guarantee Certificate and $8.00 to cover shipping and handling to:
