Setting the Time and Date

Setting Instructions for JB-W29 with Double O-Ring Type Crown
- To set the Time:
- Pull Crown out fully
- Turn to correct time. (Be sure date changes at midnight, not noon)
- Push crown in.
- To set the Date:
- Pull crown out one click.
- Turn crown clock-wise to change date.
- Push crown in.
Setting Instructions for JB-W28 with Day/Date
To assure maximum water protection, this watch employs a Screw-Down Crown. When you wish to reset the time or date, do the following:
- Unscrew the crown until it is freed from the case tube.
- To reset day or date:
- Pull crown out one click
- Reset date by turning crown clockwise.
- Reset day by turning crown counter-clockwise.
- Push crown inward to neutral position.
- To reset time:
- Pull crown all the way out.
- Turn crown to correct time.
- IMPORTANT: Be sure the day/date changes at midnight, and not at noon.
- To return watch to normal running status press crown in. Continue to press crown inward and screw it into place. If you meet with resistance, unscrew and start again until it screws on smoothly , to avoid cross-threading which will damage the threads. Use only moderate turning effort to fully seat the crown.
